ALWAYS pay attention for signs from your spirt guides and angels or signs from someone who passed.
Signs can be something in your normal environment or something out of the ordinary: finding a feather, a bird who comes by and wants to speak to you. If you don’t acknowledge him/her may keep coming until you get the message.
A shoe in an odd place. A vase that falls over. A shadow on the wall, numbers that you see in sequences, a number that keeps coming up. A flower blooming out of season or one that stands out in a garden or forest. A light that flickers or turns off or on. A fox that follows you on a walk or a stray cat that comes round often.
Animals are very perceptive to spirit.These are just a few examples to open your imagination. Everyone will have their own signs that mean something to them or something common to their deceased loved one.
Be open and receptive, they are there. Everyday; everywhere. These signs may guide you or save you from mistakes or harm. They may want to provide help; maybe finding a lost object.
Pay attention to a deja vu or a thing or situation that keeps repeating. At times these signs may become more intense until you get their message.. As you start to acknowledge signs they will increase in frequency. Pay attention; they are out there.
Journal prompts: what signs can you remember that seemed unusual at the time. What signs do you notice now? Are there commonalities? What might they be trying to tell you? Pay attention to unusual thoughts or dreams. Not the whole dream but something that stands out to you
